1. These Terms and Conditions explain your rights and obligations in using the AI Wallpapers website and application as services (“Services”) of good2create developer team.
2. Please read the Terms and Conditions carefully. By continuing to use the “Services”, you agree that you have read and are bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the “Services”.
3. We refer to our “Services” users as users ("Users") as a guest or registered user.
4. Availability
You agree that our sole offer to you in connection with the “Services” are to provide them as-are, or as modified by us in our sole discretion, until such time as we should choose to discontinue the “Services” or any component of the “Services”.
You agree that any Account you may create via the “Services” may be terminated, and/or some or all of the associated Account Information deleted, following a period of inactivity. Such deletion may be done without prior notice.
5. Eligibility
The “Services” are intended for use by individuals 14 years of age and older. You are not permitted to use the “Services”, establish an Account, or provide Account Information if you are under 14 years of age.
6. Responsibility
You are fully responsible for how you use our “Services”.
You may not create a publisher name, generate images with AI Wallpapers of any kind that are, within the sole discretion of good2create, determined to be commercial, illegal, offensive or potentially harmful to others.
WE'RE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL CIRCUMSTANCES. You also agree that we are not responsible for anything beyond our control. We assume no responsibility for the user generated content of the “Services”.
6.1 User Content
ALL CONTENT GENERATED BY THE SERVICES ARE FREE OF COPYRIGHT - YOU MAY USE THEM FOR ANY LEGAL PURPOSE YOU WISH INCLUDING COMMERCIAL USE.
* A user can generate up to 100 wallpapers per day.
* You are solely responsible for your content and any consequences that occur because you’ve generated wallpapers with the Services.
DISCLAIMER: There is no reasonable way for us to monitor all the generated content with the Services. This means that we are not responsible for any User Content on the Services. That said, we may at any time remove any content from the Services (without notification) for any reason, including if we think the User Content violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.
We will terminate the accounts of users that we find are “repeat infringers,” which is a user who has been notified of infringing activity more than three times or has had infringing User Content removed from the Services more than three times.
You agree not to use any services:
- In any way that violates any applicable national, federal, state, local or international law or regulation;
- For the purpose of exploiting, harming or attempting to exploit or harm minors in any way;
- To generate or disseminate verifiably false information and/or content with the purpose of harming others;
- To generate or disseminate personal identifiable information that can be used to harm an individual;
- To defame, disparage or otherwise harass others;
- For fully automated decision making that adversely impacts an individual’s legal rights or otherwise creates or modifies a binding, enforceable obligation;
- For any use intended to or which has the effect of discriminating against or harming individuals or groups based on online or offline social behavior or known or predicted personal or personality characteristics;
- To exploit any of the vulnerabilities of a specific group of persons based on their age, social, physical or mental characteristics, in order to materially distort the behavior of a person pertaining to that group in a manner that causes or is likely to cause that person or another person physical or psychological harm;
- For any use intended to or which has the effect of discriminating against individuals or groups based on legally protected characteristics or categories;
- To provide medical advice and medical results interpretation;
- To generate or disseminate information for the purpose to be used for administration of justice, law enforcement, immigration or asylum processes, such as predicting an individual will commit fraud/crime commitment (e.g. by text profiling, drawing causal relationships between assertions made in documents, indiscriminate and arbitrarily-targeted use).
7. Publisher conduct
You understand that all content generated by publishers are the sole responsibility of the User from which such Content originated. This means that you – the Publisher, and not us – the “Services”, are entirely responsible for all Content that publisher generate or otherwise make available via the “Services”. We do not control the Content posted via the Service and, as such, do not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of such Content.
You understand that by using the “Services”, you may be exposed to Content that is offensive, indecent or objectionable. Under no circumstances will we be liable in any way for any Content, including, but not limited to, for any errors or omissions in any Content, or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any Content posted, emailed, transmitted or otherwise made available via the Service.
8. Not intended use of any services
Users or publishers who are not intended using of any good2create services are violating good2create's Terms and Conditions. Violating the Terms and Conditions may will result the deletion of the publisher account and/or publisher's wallpapers.
9. Public and private images
Private images:
Every generated image is available in the Publisher’s own private collection immediately which can be accessed in the Account page. No moderation is required although every image is going through a moderation process and can be deleted if it violates the Terms and Conditions, and it won’t be available even in your private collection.
Public images:
Every generated image is going through a moderation process and be determined as public or private wallpaper. The wallpaper can be deleted if it violates the Terms and Conditions, and it won’t be available even in your private collection.
We retain the right to decide whether an image is publicly available or not.
With using the Services the Publisher gives us the permission to include all the generated images in the public Gallery.
Summarized, all wallpapers that apply to the Terms and Conditions and chosen to be public by the Services will be included in the Public Gallery.
Public Gallery:
The Public Gallery can be accessed and viewed by all users of the Services.
9.1 Content moderation
We retain the right, but not the obligation, to monitor and edit or remove any content that it deems in its sole discretion to be harmful to Users, us or the rights of any third party, or to violate any applicable law. This includes the right, but not the obligation, to remove any text or images generated by you that we deem in our sole judgment to be inappropriate or that we believe may subject us to any liability, including without limitation the following:
9.2 Adult content
AI Wallpapers is considered family-safe, which means that any wallpapers considered not family-safe can be included in Publisher’s private collection but never in the Public Gallery.
9.3 Violent content
Our terms and conditions don't allow to upload content that contains graphic or gory images such as bloodshed, fight scenes, and gruesome or freak accidents.
Prohibited and illegal content
You are not allowed to upload images that contains content that is prohibited, illegal, promotes illegal activity, or infringes on the legal rights of others.
10. Third party in-app purchase (Windows only)
AI Wallpapers Windows application provides the ability to purchase a subscription from 3rd party services.
The following parties are involved in the transaction:
• Microsoft
The Services provide monthly or yearly subscription.
With the subscription you can 100 images generation daily.
With the subscription we provide access to image generation, but we do not guarantee the image quality or content.
11. AI Generation service
The Services use the following third-party service to generate images.

Any prompt used to generate the images are shared with Stability.AI. We do not share any user related data to the third party service.
If you use the Services you must accept the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

All wallpapers are generated in size of 1344x768 due to technical limitation. When you set the wallpaper with screen size higher than 1344x768 you may experience quality loss.
